The Cooper, Brooks, & Denham Agency, Inc. was established in January, 2023. The agency is new, however, our experienced staff has over 50 years combined in the independent agency system.

We are very fortunate to represent excellent companies that give us the ability to offer a variety of insurance products that provide what our potential clients are looking for--peace of mind.

Our mission is to blend modern technology with old-fashioned service to provide our customers with the insurance they need and the service they deserve.

Meet the Team

Mike Denham, CIC

Mike has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. He owned the Denham Agency in Americus, GA. After selling the agency, he and his wife Carol, moved to Dawsonville, GA. Mike, known for his integrity, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile, has a passion to help people with their insurance needs.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University. While working and raising a family in Americus, Mike was very active in the community.
Mike and Carol have two sons, Tyler (Laurie) and Andrew (Meg), and three grandchildren, Grayson, Barron, and Pryor Jane. Mike loves spending his free time fishing, boating, and traveling.

Carol Denham, Agent

Carol obtained her Property & Casualty Insurance license and worked with Mike at the Denham Agency in Americus, Ga. in various capacities for over 20 years. Carol enjoys establishing relationships with customers and business partners. Carol is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University with a degree in Medical Technology.
Carol loves every opportunity to have family together. She also enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and shopping (especially for their grandchildren, Grayson, Barron, and Pryor Jane.)
